Shipping Information:

Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday. If your order is not shipped out the same day, it will ship the very next business day. You will be provided with a tracking number after your item has shipped.

CONTINENTAL US SHIPMENTS:

Orders with a destination within the continental US are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL at a flat rate of 6.95 per order. PRIORITY MAIL time frame is 2-3 days depending on your location.

Orders going to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped at a flat rate of 12.00 per order. PRIORITY MAIL time frame is 2-3 days depending on your location. Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

CANADIAN SHIPMENTS:

Orders going to Canada are shipped USPS Priority (6-10days)with a flat fee of 20.99. Any order larger than a 12x12x6 box may incur additional charges. You will be contacted for authorization if additional charges apply.

Please understand that customs processes may delay the shipping times beyond the 6-10days. Duty and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Giggle Outfitter LLC has no control over these costs and they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Free shipping or any other shipping promotions do not apply to Canadian orders.

OVERSIZED SHIPMENTS:

US flat rates are for non-oversized packages (smaller than 12x12x12). If your order is too large for this type of shipment, additional charges may apply. You will be contacted for authorization on those charges.

RETURNS:

Word of mouth is the most important advertising to us. We want you to be delighted with your shopping experience and we hope that you will tell your friends and family.

If you’re at all dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 21days to return an item.

To Receive a refund you must email: admin@giggleoutfitter.com and obtain a return authorization number. Returns must be in new, unused condition with tags, and unwashed. This means items must be in saleable condition with original packaging intact to receive credit. You will be refunded the purchase price, less applicable shipping fees, and a 25% restocking fee.

If your package is undeliverable (bad address, etc) and is returned to Giggle Outfitter, we will attempt to contact you for the correct address. If you still want your purchase you will be charged for additional shipping costs. If you would like a refund we will refund your purchase less shipping costs. If free shipping was included on your order, you will pay actual shipping charges paid by Giggle Outfitter.

EXCEPTIONS:

For sanitary reasons, any item that appears in the feeding category, or mattresses cannot be returned.

Sale or closeout items will be clearly marked and cannot be returned.

CANCELLATIONS:

At GiggleOutfitter we know that when you find a product that you just have to have, it’s hard to wait for it! That is why we offer standard USPS PRIORITY mail on all our orders for a low flat fee.

Also, we pride ourselves in processing your order FAST when we receive it! Because of this, we need to hear from you ASAP if you would like to cancel an order. We will gladly refund the full amount of an unshipped order. If we have already shipped your order, we cannot refund shipping costs.

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange an order, you can do that as long as it is within 21 days of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. email: admin@giggleoutfitter.com and obtain an authorization number. Exchanges must be in new, unused condition with tags, and unwashed. This means items must be in saleable condition with original packaging intact to receive credit. You will be credited the purchase price, less applicable shipping fees, and in some cases a 25% restocking fee. Exchanges will only be exchanged for items equal to or greater than the purchase price of the item you are exchanging. Some items cannot be exchanged or returned.

NOTE:

It is our strong belief at Giggle Outfitter LLC that no product is a substitute for the watchful eye and diligence of a parent or adult caretaker. Never leave children unattended or without adult supervision. Do not rely on any product to protect your children; read and follow all safety instructions. Also, seek advice from your child's pediatrician when making any decisions regarding your child's health and well being.
